There are various ways you can access the Chlamydia Screening Programme…

  • Integrated Sexual Health Service at St Mary's Hospital, Newport during one of their drop-in clinics on a Thursday afternoon and complete a test there.

  • Fill in online 'request a test' form. Once completed and filled in correctly it can be dropped off at the reception desk at the Integrated Sexual Health Service (previously known as the GUM Clinic) at St Mary's Hospital, Newport.
